Cheryl Geschke

Patient Care Coordinator: Cheryl began working at The Vision Development Team in 2020. She handles administrative duties, patient scheduling, and family communications. She also helps to manageThe Vision Development Team’s Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.

Cheryl and her husband Mark have five children between them and 9 grandchildren. They love it when their children and grandchildren come home to visit. They also enjoy taking time to travel coast to coast to visit family throughout the year.

Cheryl is smitten with the written word! With a background in journalism and a love of reading, she spends her spare time poring over historical fiction and motivational books while keeping up with social media trends. She has degrees in business and journalism from Bowling Green State University and has owned several retail businesses. All of her endeavors are "people focused". Cheryl is devoted to enriching the lives of others. Her caring voice is sure to brighten your day.

Anne

Anne has been a member of The Vision Development team since 2023, serving as a healthcare virtual assistant. In her role, she adeptly manages administrative tasks, handles calls and emails, oversees voicemails, checks faxes, and schedules appointments.

Beyond her virtual responsibilities, Anne is a registered nurse in the Philippines, has a background as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in nursing. Her passion lies in researching and delving into early childhood development, along with exploring Montessori plays and activities for young kids. This newfound passion stems from her role as a dedicated mother and her firsthand experience with the marvels of tiny miracles.

For Anne, joining the Vision Development team is more than just a job; it's an everyday learning experience. Interacting with patients and collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals who share the same goals adds a profound dimension to her professional journey.

Candace

Client Relations Coordinator: My name is Candace. I'm from Argentina, and I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends, family, and my puppy margarita. I also love to cook, read novels, and take long walks as I listen to music.

I am very invested in fashion and social media, so I always try to have fun and be creative with my outfits and posts. I have been lucky enough to travel to many countries and would love to visit many more.

I believe that loving your work, prioritizing your mental and physical health, and being creative are keys to a beautiful life!

Olivia

Olivia is a pre-optometry student studying biochemistry at Bowling Green State University. She is enthusiastic about optometry, and her passion for the profession only grows with each day spent at The Vision Development Team. She has been a part of the administrative team since 2022. Her main responsibilities include scheduling and communications with new patients. She also demonstrates strong interpersonal and multitasking skills in her administrative tasks. In her time at the practice, Olivia has played an important role in the care of patients and has gained valuable insight into her future career.

In college, Olivia dedicates her time to the Pre-Optometry Club and American Medical Women's Association to prepare for her life in health care. She also spends time performing service projects for a local shelter called The Cocoon.

Outside of her studies, Olivia enjoys playing volleyball, as she has been playing competitively for ten years. She has a passion for fitness, and spends her free time in cycling or pilates classes. In addition, she often finds herself outdoors, whether it be walking her mini goldendoodle or enjoying the lake and roller coasters at Cedar Point.
